Notes
For a firmer texture, you can try the baked version by mixing 16 oz cream cheese, 3 whole eggs, ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp melted butter, and ½ tsp vanilla seeds. Bake at 325°F for 30-35 minutes until set.
