  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar, and salt until boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Transfer dough to a piping bag and pipe onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely before filling.
  8. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean seeds until stiff peaks form.
